“This was the hardest job I've ever had, but I learned a lot.”
Current Employee – been working at Cardinal Health full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – I learned a lot about the core functions of my career path. My Cardinal experience has been highly respected. Many interviewers and recruiters have said that have wanted to work there themselves and were impressed.
Cons – I was ridiculously underpaid.
The corporate political climate was the worst I have experienced within my 8 year career.
Advice to Senior Management – I don't even know where to begin.
