I worked at Cardinal Health full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Young, enthusiastic team of hard workers with high standards. The company is expanding very quickly. Great benefits.

    Cons

There are not many remote workers on the team which makes it difficult if you are a telecommuter. It is very difficult to move around if you are not physically in the office.

I have been working at Cardinal Health full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Outstanding collaboration amongst teams. Strong leadership and support. I love the people I work with and we work hard to make each other and the company successful.

    Cons

Pay seems a little lower than comparable positions elsewhere. When job cuts occur due to changes in the business; some really great workers don't get to stay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do everything possible to keep the great workers, even when job cuts occur. Do the necessary work to determine where else they might fit into the business. It's a big company.
