Pros

Decent pay with promotion opportunities. Starting vacation, personal, sick, is 19 days a year and 21 when on your 2nd year.

Cons

Promotions seemed like they were giving to the managers favorites. For younger people promotions were harder to get even if you were one of the harder workers. They didn't respect your ability that you would be able to do the job required of you.

Advice to Senior Management

Seek more qualified individuals when choosing management and giving promotions to. They seem to post all of the good positions outsourced and don't give people inside a chance at times.
