Cardiology Clinic Of San Antonio – “ok”

Pros

Cardiology Clinic, great doctors that are friendly and are always nice to employees, they are not stuck up just because they are cardiologists, well with the excetion of a couple that think they rule the world, which is ok because for the most part the rest of the doctors are pretty layed back.

Cons

Pay is not fair, I mean come on its a cardiology clinic, that is where the money is, but no its even embarresing how much they pay Medical Assistants,even with experience. The roles of employees are reversed, secretaries get more of the recognition than any other employee there besides the doctors.The Manager does not give good raises, they dont try to keep good employees, they rather waste time and money on new ones than pay the good one good money. They expect Medical Assistants to work non stop for so little.

Advice to Senior Management

I suggest you start to realize that there are not alot of good hard workers out there to be wasting youre time on getting new ones, instead look inside the company and try to keep the good ones in with better raises. I know that you have benefits but even with benefits othe companies or clinics pay more.
