I have been working at Cardon Outreach full-time (less than a year)

Pros

If you have a passion for assisting others in the disability arena without major bureaucracy....Cardon Outreach is the place as it fosters TRUE advocacy!! Great new training program that rivals large companies and gov't agencies in preparing employees to effectively perform their duties and communicates the roadmap to success within the organization. Mgmt maintains a open door policy and communicate effectively the employee expectations.

Cons

Several current employees have lost the vision of true advocacy which spreads negativity and inability to embrace change.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to focus on recruiting and hiring true advocates with positive energy aimed at assisting others!

    Pros

Flexible Schedule, great people. Helping people. You will work harder than you ever have in your life and learn a great deal about medicaid.

    Cons

Pay, benefits, "bonuses", pressure, insurmountable workload, work is never good enough as system is set to work against employees ever meeting standard, virtually no way ahead. The culture and values of obtaining sufficient healthcare for folks doesn't actually extend to its own employees!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You employ some of the best people on the planet who bring in millions and millions of dollars every month. Pay them what they are worth.

    Pros

CEO who listens and has an open door policy. I don't report to him, yet he has taken numerous opportunities to listen to my ideas and implement a few. Management is very seasoned in the industry, and the enterprise is introducing a lot of new hire and career path training. It's really fun to be part of a progressive organization that supports career development, flexible work environment, and values employee feedback!

    Cons

Like all high growth companies, Cardon Outreach is experiencing growing pains and yet it's exhilarating to be part of that growth. With growth comes opportunity and I like the fact that the Leadership is continuously working on developing a culture of learning and employee support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to keep your pulse on the Operations support professionals who drive the business.
