CardsDirect provides a great, safe work environment with a lot of flexibility. The entire team is often asked for our input and feedback on issues. The company is motivated to succeed and management is honest and seems to care about its employees. Benefits are also very good for a small company.

Cons

Departments could do a better job working together. This is not really a fault of the company, but their industry is very seasonal so there are very busy and slower times of the year.
