They are trying to change some of their deficiencies with some HR initiatives. The rank and file for the most part is very congenial.

Cons

the company is highly disorganized with too many chiefs and not enough Indians. No planning or training is done for any type of work.

Advice to Senior Management

Do some actual planning and train your employees. You need to do away with all of the little fiefdoms and have a more cohesive company.
