They have a break room. They have bathrooms. They provide 2-15 minute breaks and an hour lunch.

Cons

Poorly run. Unclear and disorganized communication between departments. Poor benefits. Stressful environment to work in. Very difficult to be recognized and rewarded for hard work. Extremely little room to advance, easier for an outsider to be hired for a higher level job.

Advice to Senior Management

Management should reward employees more often, provide a calmer and less stressful environment.
