I have been working at CareFusion

Pros – Average time off and pay, products that help people so you feel you are making a difference in the world.

Cons – Low levels of recognition, Management lacks direction. Multiple groups with no effective link make it difficult to be a part of the larger team. Engage is a silly waste of time, Rocco and Rollo? Please.

Advice to Senior Management – Annual corporate allocation is extremely high, burdens divisions unnecessarily. Poor website compared to the market. Get a plan in place, tell your employees about it, and execute it.
