Lots of Time Off get to work from a home office

Lots of Driving Very long days at times

    Pros

    Hours direct manager they understand how it works and helps to get your needs meet.

    Cons

    Pay, yearly layoffs, raises. Ok

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit taking away benefits because the the economy is bad. Especially if the company is doing good. Bonus, 401k matching.

    I have been working at CareFusion full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Work form home. New projects to work on all the time.

    Cons

    No advancement! No support or coaching from management. No career development. Took training program away... Replaced with Eclass. Lots of fear driven management due to the economy. Complicated convoluted processes. Benefits have been greatly reduced or changed in such away that makes them unappealing. Forced to take PTO and expected to check email and be available while on said PTO.

    Management needs to focus on developing their employees.
