Pros

Great salary and benefits, great products, great market, great industry.

Cons

Very poor leadership team, buddy culture, lots of political fights lay-offs have been the norm over the last three years, disconnection from what the executive team preaches and what they actually do.

Advice to Management

None, for all of you outside, if you get a chance to work here, focus on your job, forget about everything else, do not expect much besides a good paycheck (Hey what's wrong with that???)

  1. Overall average company. Stock-driven, very corporate, but somewhat flexible work schedule.

    Pros

Flexibility with work hours in the field.
    Advancement opportunities.
    People are friendly and helpful.
Home office in the field is in my home.
Get to do different projects in the field.

    Cons

Stock-driven...discussion always came back to how much money/revenue are you bringing in.
Lots of talk about creating a people culture, but culture was discarded when it came to revenue.

    Advice to Management

Culture cannot be changed by workshops. Most junior field managers seemed to care, but senior management needed to lead by example and show employees that you really do care. I am not sure this is even possible in a publicly-traded company.

    Pros

The people are great. Very nice to be part of the company and what they do. Benefits are very good. And the working conditions are relaxing and easy to work in.

    Cons

There is a lot of turn over. Both voluntary and involuntary. Not always given a clear direction or clearly definded job description. Managers are either not given the authority to make decision or they are to shy to make them.
