    Pros

    Most employees very professional and care about customers. Work can be very rewarding.

    Cons

    Management not in touch with customers needs. More concerned about revenue than customer support.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take care of the customer and your employees and the revenue will take care of itself. There were numerous occasions when the voice of the customer fell upon deaf ears. So much time and money was spent on culture trying to force that culture on employees when hiring the right people in the first place, especially in leadership positions would have let the culture develop on it' own.

    Good Benefits
    Good People to work with very knowledgeable co-workers unfortunately most are burned out from the excessive work and the stress of not being home

    Cons

    No Official Training until the 5th month on the job
    No Work/Life Balance always on call
    Low Salary had to work ridiculous amount of OT to keep up
    Not enough workers to support amount of work
    High Turnover between firings and resignations

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Raise salaries for the the field personnel they are out there in front of the customers every single day . Hire more field engineers so there is a better work/life balance . Don't micro manage . Don't look at the numbers to give you the answers all the time look to the people you hired and ask them the simple questions.
