ProsOnline education has potential to transform how students learn

Cons- Former management team did not scale well as company outgrew their capabilities
- Unable to assess current team
- Brands offer a lot of opportunity but company is in midst of a tough turnaround

Advice to Senior Management- Hire for quality

Pros: The best reason to work for Career Education is if you are truly wanting to be… Cons: Working for an organization giving 110% day in day out and taking the initiative to complete task that are not being completed by other Directors… Advice to Senior Management: Reduce multiple senior level staffing at the Corporate Office and provide the schools the necessary support to help the students… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: Seemed to be trying to do better Cons: :Low funding for program needs, no consistency of leadership, current equipment that is shared by programs inaccessible, current soft goods runout (paper, etc.), lack of… Advice to Senior Management: Support the programs to make them competitive (equipment needs) , get some heat in the building, stop changing… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
