    Casual Fridays
    Young workforce
    Great Leadership Team

    For full-time employees:
    *Could do a better job in 401k matching
    *Could be more generous with vacation days for new employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Continue improving the brands. Reward talented admissions employees to help with employee retention rates. Continue working driving an ethical culture. Things will continue to improve.

    Good work environment
    Good leadership
    Challenge=no boredom

    Cons

    Changing policies but that is due to government enforcing new rules on private and posy secondary education
