CEC allows managers to treat employees unfairly

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Schaumburg, IL

ProsNice new building, centrally located. Tuition assistance to attend their schools.

ConsCEC allows their managers to treat their employees poorly. Even when the managers are reported to HR many times, nothing is done and the bad behavior of managers is accepted and continues. Salaries are not equitable from group to group and sometimes even between employees in the same area.

More attention should be paid to making the academic programs top-notch rather than focusing on enrolling students that can't afford to have high student loan debt, or that are not qualified to enter college.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe less focused on making the executives richer, and more focused on offering a quality product.
