    Pros

    Great benefits, forward thinking environment, encouragement of new ideas. Innovative, energetic, technologically advanced.

    Cons

    Somewhat scattered with regard to various offerings to clients. Internally not as organized as we may appear...probably true for most organizations.

    good pay and benefits, 401k match
    young workforce
    opportunity to advance in sales roles with consistent performance

    Cons

    aggressive quotas, moving targets in terms of ancillary goals, redundant reporting
    young workforce
    social circles influence career advancement too much, those who don't have an "in" often wait much longer to advance, even with good performance
