    I worked at CareerBuilder full-time

    Pros

co-workers, valuable product offerings-ahead of competition, constant innovation, promote from within, good benefits

    Cons

unrealistic expectations, stress-job is in jeopardy every day, difficult systems, confusing comp plan, lot of administrative work, moral decreased significantly

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

provide positive feedback on strengths and successes don't only point out employees areas of weakness. People are discouraged and feel like failures regardless of effort being put forth. Ask questions to get feedback of employees happiness to help create a more realistic and positive environment. High turnover should be a sign that expectations are not realistic and employees are not set up to succeed. Moral could be improved with more encouragement
