CareerBuilder – “Could not be Happier Here!”

Pros

Careerbulider is a phenomenal company. The leadership is strong and open minded with its employees. There is plenty of opportunitiy to do other things within the company and upward mobility. It is a customer centric company that serves its internal customers too, its employees. I could not be happier working here.

Cons

I have no copmlaints about working at Careerbuilder. There is a lot of travel which requires you to spend less time with your family, however, the compensation and career growth potential is worth the time invested.

Advice to Senior Management

I'm a appreciative employee that is very happy with my decision to join this company. I appreciate Matt's candor with all employees and am very happy under his leadership. Keep doing a great job.
