Pros

the company offers clients an excellent value prop, trains, develops and motivates employees and offers stellar benefits. The sales culture is created to encourage team work.

Cons

As a new hire in a new industry you must be extremely resourceful in order to become to properly learn and become acclimated to the business. That being said, you must learn quickly in order to sell and hit qouta. Managers are hard working, but stretched too thin in terms of providing support to their team.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're doing a great job in terms of motivating all employees. I'm excited to be here and looking forward towards developing myself professionally.

Great products/services, market-share is high but some promotions are bc of how you act opposed to how perform

    Pros

    Benefits
    Upward Mobility
Competitive advantage over rest of industry
    Somewhat international
C Level Execs are some of the best - especially Matt Ferguson

    Cons

Comp for non-sales could be higher
Non-sales people could help build multi-million dollar revenue streams but aren't rewarded the same financially as the people who sell it
Culture is a pro and a con at times
    Personal grudges can be held

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leaders are important but middle-management and individual contributors are the ones who deliver and do whatever is asked. More needs to be shown to them, especially on the product side.
