I have been working at Carespring

    Pros

Great Pay for those without experience
    Free Parking
    Holiday Pay

    Cons

    Completely Understaffed
    Micro-Managed
    Lack of Care for Residents
    Unfair Treatment of Staff
Tuition Reimbursement only for full time
    Incompetent Scheduling
    Unconnected Upper Management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the people that care and are good workers recognition, evaluations, and raises. Reinstate staff meetings to voice concerns. Do research before hiring. Staff the floors and maybe new hires won't run away as soon as they are hired. Keep supplies in stock. Don't micromanage but ask how things can be resolved, not demanding changes that aren't very well thought out.
