“Management is very disengaged from the employee needs and workloads”
Former Employee – worked at Cargill full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – - Good stable company
- Very good diversity
- Great people
Cons – - A lot of under handed politics
- Management did not engage its employees and or knew their work loads
- Management does not listen to suggestions and/or improvement advise
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees get to know them, as they are not just KRA's and reports. And when they feel that; they will grow the business for you and produce great work without fear.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
