Cargill QA Chemist in Memphis, TN: (Current Employee)

Pros

The money is great and the company offers a lot of days off for the chemist.

Cons

the 12 hours shifts put a negative toll on your body. plus the facility is open every day of the year. Managment really expects you to put your life on the line to make it to your 12hr shift.

Advice to Senior Management

management need to step up to the leadership role.
