very tight with their money

ProsSolid and strong in a tough economic recession. Not going to close up and leave you unemployed.

Consbenefits are average, bonus is very small. Physical, dirty work.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake it fun to work there.

    Cargill was a better than average place to work

    Just Ok..dissapointing compensation
