I have been working at Cargill full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Very reliable work for the local community. Our BU is often the summer home of many interns and students working during school breaks. Development of talent is there for those with the ambition.

    Cons

Your typical line member "stakeholder" can often find competitive pay elsewhere. With health coverage becoming less affordable, other employers can become more appealing. In order to grow a team that carries a legacy, we must retain the best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't forsake your stakeholders, stand for all of us. Don't sacrifice the dedication of quality people in order to save on insurance costs. Focus internally, on the development of dedicated stakeholders.
