Great place for an internship to see the company as a whole!

Animal Nutrition Marketing Intern (Former Employee)
Hopkins, MN

ProsThe work is real.
Responsibility.
Good pay for what you do.
Culture is very safe and friendly.

ConsPeople are always out of office.
Sometimes unclear when projects are given.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork with your interns more or assign an office "buddy" to help them out their first few weeks. Cargill is a huge place and can get confusins.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Cargill: women get run over by the male promotion chain

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

I have been working at Cargill full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Better job security than most. Cons: The male (and particularly white male) promotion train runs strong. Just look at the announcements. Apparently nourishing the world is something only men know… Advice to Senior Management: Nothing more to say, they aren't paying attention. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
