Current Employee - Chemist in Memphis, TN

I have been working at Cargill full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Team is very open and friendly always willing to help.
Opening position is stepping stone to bigger and better positions.
Relocation is paid for by company.

    Cons

The starting hours are not exactly normal: Two days on, two days off, then three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. then rotating day/night shifts every 6 weeks.
Placed location is need based, although you supply them with your top choices.

I worked at Cargill as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

Ability to learn about the company (because although they are more transparent there is still a lot people don't know)

    Cons

If you don't have a defined "next role" it can be hard to find one to move into
