Caribou Coffee offers its employee's and opportunity to wok a flexible schedule. You can drink coffee for free, you will meet lots of new people, and make new friends. This is a great job for students and mom's looking to makes extra money.

Cons

At times customers can be rude and cranky. Coffee drinkers like their coffee fresh and fast. The espresso bar is automated now and has taken away from the essence of a true espresso drink.

Advice to Senior Management

Managers are often very hands on and easy to work with. The upper management seems very disconnected from the rest of the team.
