If you like to socialize with people and create your own fun, then become a manager. Other than that, it's a job.

Cons

Confused company, has to goals and is in financial trouble. Constantly changing CEO's and so the company never has a direction, as a result upper management just act like big shots, but have no idea what to do.

Advice to Senior Management

Have some company focus, and not just random initiatives. Stop putting so much pressure on managers to sell sub par products, rather focus on creating a great working environment such as South West, were employees have fun and enjoy working, as a result they perform to their best and bring in the dollar, what you care about in the first place.
