I have been working at Caribou Coffee part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

You get the euphoric pleasure of washing toilets and other people's dirty dishes.

    Cons

Workers are not allowed to call in sick or miss a scheduled shift unless they plan ahead and get someone else to take their shift. Obviously, practically no one (unless they're William Faulkner on a drinking binge) can predict when they will be ill and need to be absent.

Rest breaks are strongly discouraged by fellow workers & are not mentioned by management. This might be your cup of tea if you're one of "those ladies" who likes to apologize before asking to use the restroom or getting a drink of water.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide your workers with greater compensation... the free coffee doesn't make up for it.
