    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen better to the people doing the work about what and who is needed. You have cut employees that were providing leadership and direction. Now it's a place based on favortisum and not performance.

I have been working at Carlson Marketing

    Pros

Variety of work, Large clients with big brand names, Loyalty Marketing is taking off again, get to live in Minnesota

    Cons

No one looks out for your career. It will only advance if you make it happen. Work life balance is sometimes challenging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure everyone understands your strategy. Not everyone knows you actually have a strategy. For those that do know you have one, they are not sure it is the right strategy.
