Pros

Benefits - job security - FAM Trips

Cons

eliminated airline pass program - understaffed - bad life/work balance. During bad weather or times of catastrophe they expect you to work 16 hour days

Advice to Management

Work as a front-line agent and deal with the day to day tasks when dealing with irate clients

    Pros

A progressive company that seems to care about and listens to it's employees. They solicit anonymous feedback yearly with an "Employee Engagement" survey. They offer domestic partner benefits and overall their benefits are in line with other large companies.

    Cons

Being that it's a global company with North America headquarters in Minneapolis but global headquarters in Paris, I feel their can sometimes be somewhat of a disconnect in implementing global policies. They laid off several great IT and telecom employees because someone (probably in Europe but I don't know for sure) suddenly dictated that they had to work from an office rather than from home. They also tend to make decisions sometimes without a clear understanding as to the repercussions of such a move.

    Advice to Management

If you lay someone off have a plan in place as to what the workflow and plan will be to handle their work.
