I worked at Carmel Partners full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great benefits such as insurance, health, 401, clothing allowances and uniform allowances, wonderful training and marketing department, family atmosphere on site

Cons

computer operating systems are unreliable making it hard to run reports, process payments, and attend to resident needs and the company personnel running Carmel no longer believes the employees are an asset.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are no longer in charge, the Investors are. Carmel is no longer a family owned company or run like a family owned company. It is profit generated only and the profits are realized at the top and no longer on the lower employees. You should take to heart the employee surveys.

I worked at Carmel Partners full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I always felt supported by the Regionals and most VPs. There is an amazing training and marketing department. The company was always will to try new things and was open to ideas. I read some of the negative reviews and I could not disagree more on what was said about the VP in Denver. That VP is truely amazing and I miss having that kind of support everyday.

    Cons

I was never really thrilled with the HR department. The person they had in Denver is absolutely amazing, and went over and beyond. I just was never a fan of the corporate team. They seemed not to have a real pulse on what was going on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great corporate staff but I would not recommend my worse enemy to work on-site.
