    I worked at Carney full-time

    Pros

The worker bees are some of the best people in the field, and doing some of the best work.
The work being done still lends a shine to a resume...although the company;s reputation is dropping fast.

    Cons

Management is completely out of touch with both workers and reality.
Heavy office politics. Getting work done takes a back seat to CYAing.
No work-life balance. Workers are expected to put in 60+ hours per week.
All workers are expected to handle the workload of the next-highest worker. In other words, even though the pay is alright for the job title you have, you're always working the next highest job title.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I gave management my advice and they circulcar-filed it. Suffice it to say that a few months ago I had a recruiter call me to tell me that I would be perfect for my old position. We had a long talk, and long story short, he told he that out of 70 resumes he had reviewed for the position, 20 people said they wouldn't work for this company.
