    Pros

Good national product support. Poor assessment of franchise owners.

    Cons

Horrible leadership and management. They lost or fired every good employee they ever had. Changed compensation plans with the seasons and business cycle or whenever they were going to be tight on cash.

    Advice to Management

    Find a different career.

  2. There is no room for advancement.

    Pros

The best part of KW Flooring was the coworkers.

    Cons

There is no room for advancement. The morale is terrible. The company has too much competition between stores.

    Advice to Management

I believe the comany would be a great place to work if there was a training program to help help employee succeed at their jobs and there was some kind of room for advancement. In addition, there needs to be a program set in place that would stop different divisions from competing with each other.
