    Pros

    Steady business, Brand Recognition. Flexible hours make it easy to balance home and work. A good menu keeps them coming back

    Cons

    Low Per Person Average means small checks, means small tips. They do not let you work enough hours to qualify for benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Run shift with less staff to allow employees to make a liveable wage.

    Pros

    Popular concept. Food is good, recipes are from scratch except for things which come in frozen. They do not make a single piece of pasta in the place.

    Cons

    Zero feedback, too much communication informally, drugs, gossip, and poor communication between managers. No one is smiling. No periodic reviews, and the way one is trained is to simply throw them in prep, at the door, on on the floor. No coaching whatsoever.

    Advice to Management

    Don't believe the smoke unless there is a fire. Managers have no way of communicating, plus corporate is now using stupid metrics to jerk their managers around instead of letting them run it like a restaurant business
