    I worked at Carrier Enterprise

    Pros

The brands sold by Carrier Enterprise will get you in the door to meet more people and build personal relationships for when you go to a better company.

    Cons

Micro managed and an overwhelming amount of objectives and meetings which don't allow a Territory manager to do his job. The many sales mangers are constantly pushing you for the same objectives including minor things that keep the Territory Manager from working on what can increase his income. The management team know they are being Tyrants and laugh in your face when they do it. The Company pays below what this job traditional pays and they will holdup on providing quarterly commission checks for 60 days after the close of the quarter.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

1.Seek Help from a company that can help change the culture of the company. You are loosing customers and becoming a insignificant player even thou you sell the first brand of Air conditioners
    2. Don't bully professional experienced people
    3. Allow your Territory Managers to spend time out working in the market place
    4. Minimize the amount of meetings that keep Territory Managers away from working.
    5. Allow employees to take a day off for personal reasons.
    6. Treat people with respect and integrity
    7. Don't train new people to lie to contractors
    8. Don't be deceptive in your pre-hire offer as to avoid an overwhelming amount of surprises to the compensation. Don't make it look like you are paying more than you actually will.
    9. Don't Head Hunt employees from a company with a better culture
    10. 400 dollars is not enough for car expenses and fuel
    11. Don't delay employees commissions checks to look good in the stock market.

    I worked at Carrier Enterprise

    Pros

The Brand of Carrier and Bryant are wel recognized so the challenges in the market place are minimized.

    Cons

The Challenges and disrespect that come from the upper management make it a tough spot to be in. The Market has enough challenges on it's own. This company abuses it's people with paying, late comissions 5 month's and decreasing the pay plan year after year. They don't care about people and don't deserve our time and money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Ask your Employees for forgiveness for the way you are treating them. Provide Employee Surveys of your company and work towards improving the things found on the surveys.
