I have been working at Cartelligent

Pros – Cartelligent is a really great place to work, and though growing, still has the feel of a small company and the image of a small local business. It is a great place to show up to every day, and people get along well and support eachother. It definitely helps if you enjoy cars, because you talk abou 'em every day, non stop, and have to be somewhat excited to do so.
For a capable multitasker and self starter, you can really succeed in this position.

Cons – It is tied to the auto industry, so definitely has busy times and really slow times -- you absolutely need to be able to adjust to the changes in the job when this happens. Though there is support, most of one's productivity relies on how quickly they are able to work and manage their workload to move it effeciently, and likely wouldn't work for someone who isn't willing to put in the time to grow their own business to a comfortable level.
