    Pros: fun fun fun. meetnew people. never the same thing. everyday… Cons: o time for family on holidays...mandatory 6 day work weks… Advice to Senior Management: more customer friendly in the stores.     I have been working at Cash America full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Very interesting clientelle- thats about it. Cons: Very low paying job, They start at $10.50 an hour in my region. This doesn't sound so bad for an unskilled job but considering… Advice to Senior Management: You might as well stop with the classes, they are total bs and a waste of company funds.
