“Ok to work for with no real training need.”
Current Employee – been working at Cash America full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Not always the same thing.
Cons – Working holidays and open Sundays. They overload with to many products to offer and forget the
core buisness of being a pawnshop.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more about being a pawnshop and not oveloading with too many things.
