I have been working at Cash America full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

as the first employee ,in 1983, money and advancement was evident. many years passed and progress happened. I opened my own shop.

Cons

Too many high school buddies. Also, finding positions for workers(corporate) that were't skilled. No recognition for a 4 year college degree.

Advice to Management

Its too late for my advice, But don't hire unskilled buddies.

I worked at Cash America full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay with good working conditions and resonable work hours. This is a job that will teach you many work habits that you will utilize throughout your working career.

    Cons

The new leadership in Cash America is more worried about the stock holders than the well-being of the employees. Hopefully this will eventually change in the next few years, if not, the company will more than likely begin experiencing a higher turnover of employees and a decline in customer service.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget who actually brings in the revenues and takes care of the customers at Cash America. Keeping the employees happy will make the company far more money than what you are saving by cutting back on payroll and benefits. Take care of the employees, and they will take care of you.
