    Some extra bonuses, experience with the height of the industry growing fast

    Cons

    Working every Saturday and not being home with family at night, unrealistic lifting and standing conditions without consideration for special needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Appreciate the people who generate the revenue to the bottom line. Keep RULES for everyone the same, no special favors and promote the people who do the job all the time.

    Great benefits, paid holidays, simple work schedules, a lot to know following market and trends

    Cons

    disorganized, un structured, a lot of thievery, lying, sneaking behavior, and this is not just from the associates it's from upper management such as district and ops director, rude customers every day, low educational level inside the organization, favoritism is strongly supported, unprofessionalism

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more firm with disciplining all staff including family members and friends, stop rumors and gossip, better practice at preventing harassment, realistic goals, district managers should be more involved with setting correct expectations, make pay structure not about friends and family, better training programs, the training computer in the back is not being used.
