Pros

The hours, the management team are the best in the business. Excellent benefits and environment. We are not your average "payday" loan company. We care about our customers and that is why they return.

Cons

Some misconceptions about this type of business.

Advice to Management

Keep up what you're doing. Great job

    Pros

The pay is pretty good and your coworker might be nice.

    Cons

They are the worst company in the entire world to work for! If your store does bad, then you are gone. No questions about it. If you question about your job, they will lie to your face and secretly post online that they are hiring, and come Monday morning, they read a script to you and fire you for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! They rip customers off and charge WAY too much! You will only have your job for a few months, so no need to have a fire on your work history. NOT WORTH IT!

    Advice to Management

Work on your turnover rate. Stop firing people for no reason because the store is a terrible and does not do as well as whoever sets the budget wants. Management is doing an absolutely terrible job!

    Pros

Average to decent pay, get time off when needed for family and doctors, making freindships with customers, work hours for week are conducive to family life

    Cons

policies change almost weekly, push customer to take loan they can't afford, hassle customers on phone about upcoming payments, never knowing who your partner or district manager is because they change so much (average for store help is 3-6 months, district manager is 6-12 months), can fire at will for no apparent reason and without warning

    Advice to Management

let each store have some individual control when working with customers, reduce interest for returning customers, try to keep existing help by setting goals that are reachable to make bonus that is talked about so highly when employees are hired
