Pros

Easy hours, but crazy schedule. Small teams could be good but mine wasn't

Cons

Upper management seemed to think it was OK to bend the rules a bit to get head. Feedback was more like a friendly conversation. No goals or outline or well anything McDonalds has a better employee review session.

 No understanding that harassing your customers make your employees feel like sh*t. Just a simple "its part of the job."

Advice to Management

Follow the law, and listen to senior management they actually know what their doing and care if we break the rules.

    Pros

    The company has great bonuses and different contests to make work fun. They also promote from within.

    Cons

    It can be stressful sometimes trying to reach goals but that's with any job.

    Pros

    Sundays Off
    Customers are Great for the most part.

    Cons

    Very racist company to work for
    DM's have more control of the company than the CEO.
    DM'S are known to sleep "date" lower level employees
    Unfortunately if your not part of the company's "click" your not treated as equal.
    HR is known to act like they are there for you, however will turn against you. Also information is NEVER confidential like informed by HR.
    DM'S are known to go against "policies" in order to get their bonuses.
    This company does NOT care about their customers only their payments for fees, etc.
    DM'S are known to throw their employees under the bus to save their own jobs.
    Employees are very rude and messy.
    Bonuses are changed without prior notification.
    The company will start one program just to change it within a week.
    Very disorganized
    Very hard to move up within the company unless you are part of the "click".

    Advice to Management

    The CEO should open his eyes and ears. He should be more active in stores. He would benefit by not putting so much trust in his DM'S and certain personal at his headquarters. If he continues to do so he will only regret it in the near future. Unfortunately for him people who work with him has kept many secrets and has broken many policies. Many employees want to come forward however are scared to do so in fear of losing their jobs.
