I have been working at Cashcall full-time

    Pros

Very casual environment, potential to make a lot of money, no set schedule

    Cons

You have to work 7 days a week at least 12 hours per day to make money here. Managers are very unprofessional and lack and coaching or development skills. You are sent to the sharks to sink or swim. Extremely high pressure. Loan products are awful and you feel guilty taking advantage of people. You will sleep here and literally never see your family if you want to do well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have everyone work 8 hours a day and see who your top performers are. Stop giving certain agents all the good leads. Create better loan products.
