I have been working at Cassidy Turley

    Pros

The benefits are excellent, with ample paid time off and inexpensive insurance

    Cons

In good economic times the brokerage side of the company gets more attention and perks, but in down times the real estate management side has to subsidize costly broker support systems and staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Interview employees on a yearly basis to discover new best practices and evaluate the role of each employee.

I have been working at Cassidy Turley

    Pros

Cassidy Turley provides great organization of existing data as well as a friendly and informative staff. The environment is more than expected.

    Cons

They did not live up to promises and no room for advancement. Upper management did not have a clue what was going on as all process were handled by associates.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would say keep all employees updated on performance and plans for the future. The don't ask, don't tell policy isn't always the best method to conduct business.
