ConsYou need to have your own plan for yourself and let your manager know so they can help develop you. Otherwise, you might be stuck in one position.

    Pros: Very little pros to working under the Cassidy Turley brand. Your business… Cons: No facilitation by management and little help/resources from the Company. You might as well start… Advice to Senior Management: Give up and sell your assets to a better brokerage. More
