    Pros

Decent pay and bonus. Smart people who are willing to work hard.

    Cons

Rate of change is not sustainable and employees are fatigued. Too many people are trying to manage the same work (product owner, business owner, app owner, project manager), resulting in a lack of focus and inability to move forward.

    Advice to Management

Stabilize. Stop abandoning things in the middle and then wondering why they break.

    Pros

There are a lot of intelligent, hardworking people at Catalina who truly believe the company could be a terrific place to work-if only...

    Cons

Mediocre managers promote inept friends/brown-nosers rather than people who are leaders. Soon the place will be overrun by the inept, because all of the smart folks leave in disgust, especially client service and IT

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the dead weight and the yes-people and promote people with good ideas
