Friendly people
Job security (due to workload and growth)
Fast pace (keeps things interesting and exciting)
Great growing industry

Cons

Low salary
Commute is long especially with traffic
Barriers to promotion in the form of required length of employment and time in current role
Minimal raises that are only once a year

Advice to Management

Pay up for those working hard, it's a slim company

    Pros

    The ability to work from home but rumor is that by the end of 2013 that will go away.

    Cons

    Excessive hours. Demand to work 6 days a week.
    Unorganized management.
    Client are terming their contracts faster then we can keep up with.
    Zero support from upper management to resolve client conflits or provide guidance.
    Lack of communication between cross-functional teams....processes are no in sync between departments.
    Upper management is not supportive, there is a fear from staff members to consult with management.

    Advice to Management

    Show your teams more support.
    Have check and balances in place prior to rolling out initiatives which will cause major client issues.
