Pros

-flexibility in schedules
-great benefits
- positive atmosphere
-helpful back office staff
-potential to move up as the company continues to grow
-good response time, considering the size of back office compared to current employee numbers

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of communication, which can be mistakenly misinterpreted as apathetic. However, the corporate side does show initiative and care in making sure all systems are running and that staff get what they need.

    Bright and talented people, good benefits, and competitive salary.

    Need more frequent opportunities to know what is going on at the firm, and interact with individuals that are in other geographic locations.

    Catapult Consultants is a great place to get your foot in the door, but only that.

    Pros

    People are always willing to help you out when you ask for it. Management is also understanding when you need time off.

    Cons

    There is no promotion system, it seems to be based heavily on favoritism. And there is praise and recognition, but no monetary reward system for hard work (only verbal praise).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The CEO should be more engaged with his staff, and senior management need to better contribute to company direction and mission.
