“I was the Chef for this company for a year.”
Former Employee – worked at CaterMasters full-time for more than a year
Pros – They have some high end clientle and are competitive with other companies in the area both in quality and price.
Cons – The owner is sometimes difficult to work for because he micromanages at times. Overall though, he is competent and he is always fair with his compensation.
Advice to Senior Management – Trust your management team more often.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
